For Molly Uliczny, her work as a real estate agent has far less to do with properties and paperwork and everything to do with people. Growing up on a farm in the small town of Cowan, Indiana, Molly was raised with a deep appreciation for community, selfless dedication to service, and the value of a hard day’s work. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Communications from Taylor University, Molly started a successful career in corporate training and supported large teams' growth, acceleration, and efficiency. However, after the birth of her children, Molly reprioritized her life and chose to step away from her thriving career path to raise her kids.
Since 2015, Molly has worked part-time as a real estate assistant for Penny. During that time, she has developed meaningful relationships, powerful connections, and a desire to help others achieve their homeownership goals. Driven by her love of helping others and connecting them to the things that they need, Molly decided to take the plunge and become a full-fledged real estate agent in 2022. By embracing her ability to talk to anyone, her love of helping others, and her commitment to building strong communities, Molly is able to provide her clients with the insight, compassion, knowledge, and expertise they need to bring their dreams to life.
When she isn’t busy juggling the chaotic schedules of her four children, including a set of twins, Molly and her husband Eric are tremendously involved with their church and enjoy spending quality time with their friends and family. Alongside their trusty and loyal Goldendoodle named Rocco, Molly and her family love spending time together, cooking in the kitchen, riding bikes, and serving their community.
