Throughout the three decades that Penny Dunn has been blessed to call the greater Indianapolis area her home, she has developed an intense love and appreciation for the wonderful people, spirit, and community that can only be found in Indiana. Today she lives in Fishers, but prior to settling down in her beloved hometown, she had moved around throughout the Midwest, spending time in Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio. After graduating from Ball State University with her Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Penny spent the first part of her professional life selling capital equipment, creating business-to-business (B2B) advertising, and flipping homes.
It was through flipping homes that Penny came to realize her true calling. Driven by her desire to build a business of her own, Penny set out to become a real estate professional and develop a team that shared her commitment, passion, and service. With her unique capacity to see the true potential of a property and her love for serving others, Penny chose to pursue a career in real estate and never looked back. By combining her tremendous communication skills with her years of professional experience, Penny’s team has continued to deliver unsurpassed real estate services throughout the greater Indianapolis area for decades.
Penny’s work as a real estate agent and team leader goes beyond buying and selling properties. She loves the challenge that every new experience brings her and has been grateful to have developed life-long friends throughout the process. When she isn’t bringing the dreams of her clients to life or leading her team to build successful and rewarding real estate careers of their own, Penny enjoys spending quality time with her family, soaking up the sun on a boat, playing tennis, or simply biking through the many wonders of nature that Indiana has to offer.
